Bill Rector is a self taught artist and started with charcoal drawings at the age of 4. He was a graphic artist on computers for 5 years and continued teaching himself through the years and now produces beautiful art on driftwood. Born April 30, 1950, Bill and his SO Penny live in the mountains of North Carolina where Bill was born.
